Abstract
With rapid development of internet, more and more people need to use internet at anytime and anywhere. However, if users don’t have permission to access internet at Wi-Fi hotspot, users may be frustrated. In such the situation, researchers proposed some approaches to make the people who have the capability to access internet to share internet. These approaches are divided to two categories, infrastructure-based approach and ad-hoc-based approach. The former is still limited in transmission range of the sharing user. The latter just use simulation to verify their approach. This thesis proposes a system architecture to share internet and implement it base on Windows platform. Finally, we analysis the performance results observed from our implementation testbed.
