Abstract
In this project, a simplified subspace algorithm is developed to identify the impulse response sequence of the process. In addition, a closed-loop structure has been designed for the identification. On the other hand, the relay feedback test is also a popular identification method under closed-loop. A novel approach using relay feedback test for identification is proposed in this project. During the identification, an automatic adaptive mechanism is presented to eliminate the effect of unknown disturbance. Both of these identification methods are useful in the monitoring and diagnosis of dynamic systems.
