Abstract
Four fifths of oral cancer patients with single-node metastasis (>3 cm) were upgraded to N3B category as extranodal extension-positive (ENE+). The survival outcomes between the N3B and N1/N2A categories differed significantly.
Adjuvant radiotherapy was able to improve regional control significantly for these patients.
