關鍵字: | BLM業務領導力模型;戰略;執行;BLM business leadership model;Strategy;Performance | 公開日期: | 2016 | 摘要: | 近年來,傳統製造業正面臨著前所未有的挑戰,一方面,互聯網的普及改變了很多傳統的消費模式,經營模式,加快了上下游的整合,同時也使跨界滲透變得更加的可操作;另一方面,原先依靠人力和規模化的生產模式正在經歷著質變,人力成本不斷提升,產品反覆運算速度越來越快,個性化需求越來越凸顯,這些對於傳統的製造業而言都是不小的挑戰,依靠傳統的模式將無法可持續發展,唯有加快轉型升級,而轉型升級需要做好細緻長遠的戰略規劃。 本文對比了波特五力模型、SWOT分析法、PEST模型的優缺點,引入了BLM業務領導力模型(Business Leadership Model)作為公司戰略規劃的方法論工具。BLM模型以領導力為根本,以價值觀為基礎,從差距出發,分別進行戰略部分:戰略意圖、市場洞察、創新焦點、業務設計,和執行部分:關鍵任務、人才、組織文化、正式組織的各要素分析,明確公司的戰略目標,理清公司的現狀,明晰市場及行業的環境,進行焦點業務的設計及執行,包括組織文化、人才的保障等。 通過BLM模型從戰略到執行的各要素分析,公司能夠清晰的明確發展方向。同時,BLM模型也有助於公司上下統一語言,更好的為同一目標努力。 In recent years, the traditional manufacturing industries are facing unprecedented challenges. On the one hand, the popularity of the Internet has changed many traditional consumption patterns and management patterns, speeded up the integration of upstream and downstream, as well as made cross-border infiltration become more operational; On the other hand, rely on human and scale production patterns are undergoing a qualitative change, the human cost is rising more and more, and product iteration speeds are becoming faster and faster, also more and more demands need personalized, these are big challenges for the traditional manufacturing industries. Relying on traditional modes will not be able to keep sustainable development. Industries have to speed up the transformation and upgrading. This article compared the Michael Porter five forces, SWOT and PEST models’ advantages and disadvantages, and introduced of BLM business leadership model as a tool for company strategic planning methodology. BLM model treats leadership as the fundamental, the values as the basis, and starting from the gap to analyze the part of strategies (strategic intent, market insight, innovation focus and business design), and the part of performance (key tasks, personnel, organizational culture, and formal organizations). All the elements of analysis, clear the company''s strategic objectives, clarify the current situation of the company and clear the market and industry environment, focus on business design, including organizational culture, talent security, etc. Through the BLM model, the company can clear the development directions. At the same time, the BLM model also helps the company unify languages for the same goals. |
