Abstract
本研究係採用個案與對照案的方式，做流行病學的研究，以探討臺灣地區已婚育齡婦女服用口服避孕藥與腦血管病變之增加有何關係。
共有306個腦血管病變的「個案」，306個「死亡對照案」及612個「健在對照案」接受本調查訪視。今得如下結果：
1.個案與對照案在年齡、籍貫、教育程度、胎次方面均無顯著差異。
2.沒有證據顯示臺灣地區的育齡婦女，因服用口服避孕藥而使腦血管病變增加。
