|dc.description.abstract||The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of individual education and group education on the knowledge, attitude, and self-care behaviors of coronary artery patients. A two-group quasiexperi-mental design was used. The subjects were divided into two groups, one group was the experimental group which received group education, and the other was the compare group which received individual education. Major findings of this study: The effect of patient education on the knowledge and attitude of the experimental group was better than that of the compare group . The effect of patient education on the behavior of the subjects in the two groups was the same. Another finding of this study showed that the compare group spent more time teaching patients than the experimental group. To summarize the above, group education was better than individual education in quality and efficiency, and group education is worth popularizing in the clinical setting.||en|
