Abstract
理想的高危險性新生兒護理照顧應有嚴密的監測、發展性照護及支持性的治療環境。 因此需藉由在職教育課程的提供,來協助臨床護理人員學識技能的更新與精進。本研 究目的就是藉由教學方案成果的評價,來確認本教學活動的適切性與成效,並為未來 規劃或舉辦類似研習活動之參考。教學的內容包含對高危險性新生兒(1)生理與病 理的評估與監測;(2)醫療照護的處置技巧;(3)發展與壓力調適;(4)家庭的 調適與資源四項主題。教學評價的工具為研究者依據課程設計所研擬之:學習成果評 值表及教學方案設計的回饋評價表。所得之量性資料以SPSS / PC之描述性及無母數 分析統計方式;質性資料則以內容分析法,予以歸納整理。本研究結果發現本教學方 案確能有效地達成教學效果與目標,但也發現研究對象對課室認知教學的評值比臨床 實務教學的評值好。因此未來在設計課程時,應依教學對象實務之需要,予以不同的 課程,才能使在職教育達到最佳之教學成果。Optimal infant outcomes require both developmental care and complex physiological care. Care of high-risk newborns has improved dramatically over past years. Continuing education programs can provide nurses with advanced knowledge, sophisticated technology, and expert neonatal intensive care . The main purpose of this study was to evaluate such a program, to assist in designing better continuing education programs for the future. This program includes four main themes: 1. Identifying and monitoring high-risk newborns for physiological and pathological changing. 2. Expert caring skills and management. 3. Developmental care for high-risk newborns. 4. Strategies for care of high-risk newborns' parents. The evaluation tools included self evaluation forms and a program feedback form, both designed by the researcher. The quantitative data were analyzed by descriptive methods and a nonparametric test and the qualitative data by content analysis. The results showed that the effect of this continuing education program can fit program tasks and teaching objects. But the subjects were more satisfied with lecture teaching than practical teaching . From this point of view the continuing education programs should be divided into several different courses to meet different nurses' needs.
