Abstract
本論文係本研究主題的第二部份,第一部份刊登於上期護理研究。本研究主題的主旨 在透過質性研究資料的分析方法,探索能夠回歸護理專業特質的一種研究途徑。本文 係延續第一部份有關質性研究的發展背景以及研究方法的探討,進而根據參與觀察二十位産婦於後初期喂奶時,與新生兒互動的情景及過程,所獲得六 十份敘述體之過程記錄資料,進行以歸納法、演繹法及再情境化的分析步驟,並呈現 出質性研究資料量化處理以及進一步再詮釋的可行性。最後,再針對研究例證的分析 結果,從「符號互動論」的觀點,針對本研究方法於實際經驗世界的驗證、護理科學 的基本思維模式以及護理實務的啓示等三個主題,進行討論。 This paper is the second part of the study with the title shown above. The first part of the study has been published. The purpose of the study is to explore an approach to research methodology which can better reconcile nursing research to the nursing empirical world. The first part of the study included a review of the development of qualitative research and the use of inductive and deductive data analysis approaches in a clinical nursing situation. This paper further reports the method and the findings of the quantification of the qualitative research data collected by way of participatory observation on 20 new mothers while they were feeding their newborn babies, over the first three postpartum days. An attempt is also made to re-interpret the findings by recontextualizing them back to the empirical nursing world. A discussion of empirical validation, proper paradigm in nursing science and nursing practice implications from the perspective of symbolic interactionism is also presented.
