「全國護理人員研修中心」為提升在職護理人員之專業素質，提供為期一年的訓練課 程，課程內容包括上課、實習及追蹤輔導。本研究之目的是探討「全國護理人員研修 中心」1998-2000年課程的學習成果。研究對象為該中心自1998至2000年各組結訓學 員，共258人。研究者就學員上課前後之學理測驗成績及結訓時學員自評研修課程對 其專業能大之幫助性來評量教學成效。結果顯示：1.學員之學理測驗成績除2000年學 校衛生護理組外其餘均有顯著進步（P<0.05）。2.學員均高度肯定研修訓練對其專業 能力的幫助性。3.以複迴歸分析學員個人特性與學習成效之關係，發現在臨床護理的 組別中，控制組別及研修年度的變項後，對學理測驗成績進步比率有顯著影響力的變 項為學員之服務醫院等級，服務於區域醫院之學員進步最多；在社區護理的組別中， 控制研修年度後、服務地區及學歷對學理測驗成績進步比率有顯著顯影響力，服務於 中南部地區之學員進步顯著多於北部者，高職者進步顯著多於大學者。而課程對學員 專業能力的幫助程度與學員之個人特性則無顯著相關。 The National Continuing Nursing Education Center provided a one-year training program to raise the professional standard of nurses. The purpose of this study was to explore the effectiveness of the program. Subjects were 258 trainees who completed the program between 1998 and 2000. Effectiveness was evaluated via pre- and post-course examinations and self-reported usefulness of the program for the improvement of professional competence. Results show that 1. post-exam scores were significantly higher than pre-exam scores (p<0.05 ), except for one group, the school health group, in 2000. 2. The trainees clearly recognized the usefulness of the program for improvement of their professional competence. 3. Multiple regression models indicated that among clinical nursing groups, a significant predictor of the increase in knowledge was the nature of the hospitals that trainees came from, when group and program year differences were accounted for. The trainees from regional hospitals had the greatest increase in knowledge. Among community nursing groups, working area and educational attainment were significant predictors of increases in trainee knowledge, when the group and program year differences were considered. The trainees from central and southern Taiwan increased their knowledge more than those from the north. Trainees that had graduated from vocational high schools increased their knowledge more than those from university. No significant relationship was found between the individual characteristics of trainees and the usefulness of the program for the improvement of professional competence. (Full text in Chinese)
