關鍵字: | 髖關節;活動範圍;數位影像分析;犬隻;hip;range of motion;digital image analysis;dogs | 公開日期: | 2007 | 摘要: | 研究目的— 本研究利用數位影像分析之方式,測量犬隻之髖關節活動範圍,希望能建立標準化之測量方式,並探討各項影響犬隻髖關節活動範圍之因子。 研究對象— 為41隻中大型健康犬隻,所有犬隻皆無任何臨床或影像學上之骨關節病變。 研究方法— 將犬隻麻醉後,使犬隻側躺,由同一位測量者將髖關節擺位至最大之彎曲、伸展、外展、內展、內旋及外旋角度,以數位相片紀錄,再利用影像分析軟體測量關節活動角度,各方向之關節活動角度皆測量三次。並以統計方式,分析髖關節活動範圍在不同年紀、性別、體重及品種之犬隻,及左右側髖關節之間,是否有明顯差異。 研究結果— 髖關節活動範圍在不同年紀、性別及品種之犬隻中,並無明顯差異,但體重與外展角度呈現負相關,且左側的外展角度,無論在膝關節彎曲或伸展的狀況下,皆明顯大於右側之外展角。 研究結論— 利用數位影像分析方式進行犬隻髖關節彎曲、伸展、內展、內旋及外旋角度測量,為簡單及可信賴之方式,但在外展角度上具有較明顯之變異性,測量者在進行髖關節被動活動角度測量時,需小心控制施於關節之外力。 Objective—To establish a standardized protocol in measuring canine hip range of motion (ROM) by using digital image analysis and to investigate factors affecting hip range of motion in healthy dogs. Animals—Forty one healthy, median to large breed dogs without clinical or radiological orthopedic abnormalities were used. Procedures—Dogs were anesthetized and positioned in lateral recumbency. Ranges of hip flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, internal and external rotation were recorded with digital image and analyzed by one investigator. Data were analyzed to determine differences in age, gender, breed, and body weight. Results—No significant differences were observed in age, gender, breeds, and between right and left joints, except the left abduction angles were larger than the right. Body weight was significantly negatively related to abduction angles. Conclusions—Digital image analysis is simple and reliable in determining canine hip range of motion angles. Since higher variability has been noted in abduction angles, manual forces applied by the examiner during passive range of motion measurement should be carefully controlled. |
