標題: | 防洪水利設施受損淹水數值模式之研發及應用─總計畫暨子計畫:都市雨水下水道系統受損淹水數值模式之研發(2/2) | 作者: | 林國峰 | 關鍵字: | 雨水下水道排水系統模式;二維地表淹水模式;storm-sewer system model;two-dimensional inundation model | 公開日期: | 2004 | 出版社: | 臺北市:國立臺灣大學土木工程學系暨研究所 | 摘要: | 國內經濟的迅速成長,人口急遽成長,使得近年來都市水文有關 問題日趨重要;都市雨水下水道系統似常無法負荷及滿足現有與未來 都市發展之需求。尤其當雨季來臨,特別是颱風帶來之豪雨及夏季午 後之暴雨,所挾帶之降雨強度遠超過雨水下水道系統之設計容量時, 或是排水系統維護不當、抑或其它天然災害如地震等因素,使其受損 壞時,溢流出下水道排水幹線之水量,將漫流於地表上,而造成淹水 水患。為了探討都市區內,因雨水下水道系統受損,所造成淹水之情 形,本子計畫將研發淹水模式並且應用模擬於研究區範圍洪流之傳遞 現象以及可能之淹水範圍。 本研究計畫為整合型計畫:「防洪水利設施受損淹水數值模式之 研發及應用」暨子計畫一,將以台北縣永和與新莊市區為研究對象, 收集研究區域之降雨資料與地文資料,整合銜接二維地表淹水模式與 雨水下水道系統模式,以模擬不同降雨或颱洪事件下,研究區域內之 可能淹水範圍與淹水深度。另外,本研究將加入抽水站功能於模式 中,並進行抽水站損壞機制下之模擬演算,並針對結果做初步之分 析,提供給洪災決策分析與應用。 計畫之研究內容將分三年依序進行。第一年已整合銜接二維地表 淹水模式與雨水下水道排水系統模式,並將所研發之淹水模式應用於 新莊市區。第二年,已完成台北縣永和地區之地形資料及網格劃分, 並利用第一年建立之模式加以演算來測試模式之適用性。第三年將探 討抽水站受損機制下淹水情形,並彙整其他子計畫之研究成果。 Due to the economic growth, the urbanization at various areas in Taiwan is significant. Hence, the urban hydrologic problem is getting important. The urban storm sewer systems usually cannot meet the demand of the urban development. In particular, during the rainy season, the overflow from the main sewers will result in the surface inundation when the storms exceed the design capacity of the sewer systems. The improper maintenance of the sewer systems or the damage of the systems resulted from the natural disasters such as earthquakes may also result in flooding. In order to investigate the urban inundation under the damage of storm sewer systems, this project develop the inundation models. Then, the models are applied to the study area. This project is a subproject of an integrated project entitled “The development and application of a flooding numerical model under the damages of flood-prevention measures.” The objective of this project is to combine the 2D inundation model with the storm-sewer system model. Then, the models are applied to simulate the urban inundation under the damage of storm sewer systems. The study areas are the Yung-Ho and Sin-Zwang areas in Taipei County. The urban inundation in the study areas under the damages of the pumping stations is simulated. Comparison of the simulated result with the flood hazard region is also performed. The project will be performed in 3 years. In the first year, a 2D inundation model and a storm-sewer system model have been established. The models have been applied to simulate the urban inundation in the Sin-Zwang area. In the second year, the numerical treatment of the pumping stations has been added to the developed models. Then, the models have been applied to simulate the urban inundation in the Yung-Ho area for the Herb typhoon. In the third year, the inundation simulation under the damages of the pumping stations will be performed. Besides, the results of all the subprojects will be integrated. |
