關鍵字: | 橋梁結構設計;拓樸最佳化;結構最佳化演進法;尺寸最佳化;形狀最佳化;Bridge structure design;Topology optimization;Evolutionary structureal optimization;Sizing optimization;Shape optimization | 公開日期: | 2008 | 摘要: | 有鑑於橋梁在設計上多由經驗決定,為了增加橋梁的經濟性,本研究將利用一個兩階段的最佳化流程,配合有限元素商業軟體ABAQUS,將橋梁設計的種種參數列入最佳化設計變數中。本文使用李宗豪所開發的最佳化設計系統(李宗豪2005)作為最佳化設計工具,針對橋梁結構進行拓樸、尺寸與形狀的最佳化設計。研究所使用的兩階段流程,將拓樸最佳化和尺寸形狀最佳化分開進行。利用拓樸最佳化的結果,作為尺寸形狀最佳化的初始設計,再以尺寸與形狀最佳化進行細部設計。首先利用拓樸最佳化的方法決定材料分佈位置,根據即將使用的材料,分別使用包含能量、張力、壓力移除準則的結構最佳化演進法,找出結構最佳的材料佈局。緊接著利用各種不同的判斷方法連接桿件,進行尺寸與形狀最佳化,決定詳細的設計參數,所考慮的變數包含各種桿件的斷面積及斷面尺寸,並且考慮相對應的容許應力限制以及不同載重同時作用下的情況,利用電腦反覆運算分析得到用量最省、工程造價最低且均滿足所有限制條件下最經濟的橋梁形式,以提升橋梁實務施做時的便利與準確,期望帶給橋梁設計者一套完整橋梁結構最佳化之系統。 In the past, engineers make use of experience to design bridge structures. To be more economic, this research carries out an optimization procedure to find the design variables in the bridge structure. This research uses the optimization system developed by Li(2005)to carry out topology, sizing and shape optimization in bridge structure design.his research uses a two-step procedure, separate topology optimization and sizing, shape optimization. Topology optimization is used to find the roughly structure appearance. On the other hand, sizing and shape optimization is used to find the detail design of bridge structure. For the first step, we use topology optimization to decide where the material should be. According to different kinds of remove criterion, including energy, tension, and compression, evolutionary structural optimization (ESO) can find various kinds of bridge appearance. When combining topology and sizing, shape optimization, this research carries out a procedure to decide the connecting point and element for sizing and shape optimization. For the second step, we use sizing and shape optimization to find the design variables in the bridge structure design. Finally, we can find the section detail under suitable stress constraints and different loading cases by the iterative calculation. |
