Abstract
Glycosidases play an important role in living organism. They can catalyze the formming or breaking glycosidic bond, and this kind of bonding is usually in the form of starch or component of cell wall of plants. According to the recent researches, there are some sorts of diseases caused from abnormal expression of glycosidases, such as Fabry’s disease and HIV disease. Therefore, activity probes for labeling glycosidases will be a powerful tool in this field. Especially studying the activity and distribution in living organism.
