Abstract
Efficient OIHM has been used to integrate organic chromophores into inorganic frameworkref. FRET and electron transfer have observed in these system. Al-P inorganic materials is isoelectronic to the silicon-based lattice. However, these might be charge separation in the Al-P materials . In this regard the framework many provide a different environment for the incorporated organic moieties. In this work, we present for the first time the synthesis, fabrication, and photophysics of oligoaryl-Al-P hybrid materials.
In this thesis, we used different kinds of oligoaryl that contain diphosphonic acid group as donor and acceptor. And reacted with Al(lact)3 to do the sol-gel process, to form a new homogeneous organic-inorganic hybrid materials. We used solid-state NMR to study the structure of this new hybrid material. We also did many photophysics studies, we discovered that when excited the donor there be energy transfer in this organic-inorganic sol-gel system. And we can see that changed the ratio of donor and acceptor accompanied the increasing of the donor emission, that prove the light harvesting in our new materials were very efficient. And we also tested the electron transfer in this new sol-gel system, also got excellent results.
