Abstract
Three patients with complete transposition with situs inversus had an inverted pattern to the usual coronary type in transposition with situs solitus, and another 3 had a single coronary artery into the left-hand sinus with the aorta significantly rotated to the left lateral position than the former 3 patients (p < 0.05). One may anticipate the coronary artery pattern in complete transposition with situs inversus based on the aortopulmonary rotation.
