Abstract
Research: 1. Investigate the risk factors and long-term consequences of chronic hepatitis B and C. 2. Explore the impact of hepatitis B vaccination on the prevention of acute and chronic liver diseases. 3. Clarify the epidemiology and pathogenesis, and improve the diagnosis of autoimmune hepatitis in order to improve diagnosis of this disease. Intervention: 1. Implement hepatitis A vaccination. 2. Determine the predictors of response of specific treatment for chronic hepatitis B. 3. Establish indications and guidelines of treatment for hepatitis C. Education: 1. Train physicians and health workers in hepatitis A vaccination implementation. 2. Educational measures to reduce vertical and horizontal transmission of hepatitis C. 3. Train physicians and researchers to improve their knowledge of autoimmune hepatitis
