資訊社會與終身學習─從小學生的資訊需求和資訊尋求看資訊網路內容的選擇和介面的設計(II)

Abstract

本研究為「資訊社會與終身學習—從 小學生的資訊需求和資訊尋求行為看資訊 網路內容的選擇和介面的設計」研究計畫 的第二年度，目的在於探討國小高年級學 生的網路資訊行為，以台北市河堤國小與 市北師實小為研究對象，選擇兩校共32 位 國小高年級學生，包括兩校各16 位，五、 六年級各8 位，男女生各半。研究方法主 要為深度訪談法，輔以觀察法進行。根據 研究結果，國小高年級學生主要的資訊資 源管道包括網路、父母、圖書館、兄弟姊 妹及老師同學等，網路搜尋資源的動機以 「學校作業」為主，最常使用的搜尋網站 為奇摩(Kimo)。在檢索過程及相關判斷 上，多半受檢索問題影響而產生不同的檢 索及判斷方式，但國小高年級學童已懂得 將抽象的檢索問題轉為具體的檢索詞彙， 並利用更換關鍵詞或搜尋引擎等方式找尋 相關資料。

This article investigates the web information seeking behavior of elementary school senior students from both Taipei Municipal He-Ti Primary School and The Affiliated Elementary School of Taipei Municipal Teachers College. Subjects are 32 senior students selected from the above schools. In-depth interview is used as the primary research method. According to the study, this article identifies several characteristics and findings about the web information seeking behavior of elementary school senior students .
