Abstract
It was reported on PRL in 1996 that laser light can induce nucleation in supersaturated urea solution [7]. It also reported that the direction of urea crystallization depend on laser polarization. However, we can not get the defined information from this paper to know what happens in nucleation and laser light. For the above, we focus the quantitative study between laser light and supersaturated urea solution. We expect that our research get some points about this phenomenon.
Content:
1.Relation between supersaturated concentration and light-induced nucleation with single shot
2.Relation between intensity of laser light and nucleation
3.Direction of crystallization depends on polarization of light, or not?
This research is helpful in shortening time of supersaturated solution and technology of nucleating mono-crystal.
