關鍵字: | 新竹;全球衛星定位系統;斷層;Hsinchu;GPS;fault | 公開日期: | 2005 | 摘要: | 摘要 近年來因為新竹科學園區高度之發展,若活動斷層在此區域所引起的地震災害將造成台灣經濟上非常重大的損失,因此了解桃園─新竹地區斷層之活動性質也就成為一重要之課題。本研究運用近年來新興之全球衛星定位系統(Global Positioning System),蒐集經濟部中央地質調查所在新竹地區過去三年(2002年9月至2004年7月)之GPS觀測資料,並以中研院設於澎湖白沙的連續追蹤站(S01R),利用BERNESE 4.2版軟體解算研究區域各測點之年平均速度,及QOCA 1.21版軟體分析研究地區之平均主軸應變率(principal strain rate),最後使用Coulomb 2.5版軟體進行地體構造之模擬分析,以瞭解此地區之地殼變形型態。 初步研究結果發現在研究期間之平均主軸應變率與平均速度場,顯示出楊梅地區整體處於壓縮狀態,但不能確定是楊梅北線形或湖口斷層所造成;另外,分析結果顯示沿著鳳山溪中下游溪谷可能存在一西北西走向之右移活動構造。 在新竹地區的研究結果顯示,平均速度場的資料標示新竹斷層具有走向滑移的潛移特性;而由平均主軸應變率與平均速度場的分析結果,顯示跨越新城斷層具有明顯的壓縮量,顯示其上下斷盤仍持續逆移的特性;大平地斷層南段則顯示出其有逆移的潛移狀態。 ABSTRACT The present study uses the GPS (Global Positioning System) measurement to obtain the displacement field and strain pattern for unravelling the fault movement and earthquake potential in Hsinchu area. The GPS data offered by the Central Geological Survey MOEA are measured in past three years and the constrained points are using NCTU and S01R. The softwares of analysis include Bernese 4.2 and QOCA 1.21 for calculating the average velocity and dilatation strain rate, respectively. The results show that the Yangmei area has suffered compression during Sep. 2002 to Jul. 2004 as revealed by average strain rate and average velocity data. However, it can't be confirmed that this phenomenon is due to the linement in northern part of Yangmei area or the Hukou fault. The Fongshanchi area, which separating the Hukou area to the north and the Hsinchu area to the south, may exist a WNW-striking strike-slip fault with different displacement field in its two sides. The Hsinchu fault has right-lateral slip movement based on the average velocity field in Hsinchu area. The Hsincheng fault exhibits compression and still going vererse-slip as shown by the average strain rate and the average velocity data between its two walls. Besides the southern segment of the Tapingti fault exhibits creeping phenomenon revealed by the average strain rate and the average velocity data. |
