Abstract
As the security consciousness rising, information security for the energy infrastructure has become an important issue nowadays. This circumstance makes the security vulnerability discovering in the product line a crucial research domain. In this paper, we proposed a security assessment environment designed to assist smart meter vendors in enhancing the security of their products. We also combine a product development and evaluation process for maintaining the security requirement period to show the feasibility and the benefit of the proposed design. © 2015 The authors and IOS Press.
