dc.description.abstract | 為提升國內水稻產業之多元發展,因應不同用途及特色水稻品種之市場需求,本場致力於多元化用途之水稻品種研發,於2012年第一期作正式命名‘花蓮22號’、‘花蓮23號’及‘花蓮24號’三個水稻新品種,新品種分別具有不同的特色及功能。水稻‘花蓮22號’係於花蓮縣各原住民部落進行陸稻種原蒐集,由眾多混雜地方種中選拔後育成,為糙米具深紅色外觀且具淡淡清香風味之糯米品種。水稻‘花蓮23號’為紫色葉片之觀賞稻品種,可作為觀賞及稻田彩繪之用。水稻‘花蓮24號’為本場於花蓮地區原住民部落陸稻種原蒐集而來,經過多世代評估、純化及選拔後育成,具有低感光性、高米粒粗蛋白質含量及半糯之特性,糙米外觀呈現深褐色,其高蛋白特性可作為優良營養食品加工之原料。 | zh-TW |
