公開日期: | 五月-1995 | 期: | 6 | 起(迄)頁: | 195-222 | 來源出版物: | 政治科學論叢 | 摘要: | 本文旨在探討普遍存於公私組織,但始終為學子所忽略的組織熵現象。首先分析其成因;再反省一般組織對應這個現象的不當態度及策略,以致惡化該現象的程度;最後提出診治組織熵的有效策略。 作者更在文中特別論述,未來的組織發展方向,應為深具能力,隨時得以應對危機的組織。不能再一如往昔,處在被動因應的角色,應熵的生存空間不斷擴大,潛存大大小小的危機。 The purposes of this paper are: (1) to analyze identify the root causes of organizational entropy; (2) to analyze inappropriate responses used by the organization; and (3) to propose effective diagnosis effective to this organizational problem. Through these aspects of discussion, the authors make a special conclusion. That is, the future orientation of organization is to elaborate its capacity to deal with organization and interactions between environment and form a crisis-prepareners organization. By doing so, The niche of organizational entropy is minimized and organizational viability is continuously maintained. |
