Abstract
We propose GaN based LEDs with the photonic crystal structure for VLC applications with a bit rate up to 400Mb/s using on-off keying modulation and orthogonal frequency division multiplexing transmission capacity up to 2 Gbit/s. ? 2020 IEEE.
