Keywords: | 質子交換膜燃料電池;系統識別;曲線擬合;強韌控制;PEMFC;System identification;curve fitting;Robust control | Issue Date: | 2006 | Abstract: | 本論文的目的是利用系統識別得到的質子交換膜燃料電池系統轉移函數,設計H∞強韌控制器使得質子交換膜燃料電池的電壓可以穩定的輸出。 首先,燃料電池的電化學反應方程式顯示燃料電池是非線性時變系統,本論文將質子交換膜燃料電池簡化為多輸入、多輸出非線性藕合系統。在不同操作點附近,將燃料電池作線性化,本文利用頻譜分析儀(HP35670A)獲得質子交換膜燃料電池的的頻率響應圖,藉由曲線擬合的方式獲得燃料電池的轉移函數,根據強韌控制的理論,本研究設計一H∞強韌控制器,並且,從實驗的結果顯示控制器在燃料電池負載改變的情形下,仍然有穩定的電壓輸出。 This thesis aims to identify the dynamics and to design the H-infinity controller of the proton exchange membrane fuel cells. The objective of H-infinity controller is to control air pump voltage in order to provide a steady voltage output under system variations. First, an application of electro-chemical reactions of fuel cells results in a dynamic model, which is further simplified to a coupled nonlinear multi-input and multi-output system. The nonlinear system is then linearized about some operating points to derive a control-oriented linear system. Second, we can use dynamic signal analyzer (HP-35670A) to measure frequency response diagrams in all kinds of cases and utilize the method of curve fitting to identify the transfer function of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell. Based on the identification results, a SISO H-infinity controller was designed and tested for the fuel cell. It is verified that the H-infinity controller works successfully. The H-infinity controller gives stable and satisfied responses of the system under various loading conditions of fuel cell operation. various loading conditions of fuel cell operation. |
