dc.description.abstract | At the end of the 20th century, the asparagus cultivation industry faced difficulties in mechanization of harvesting and rising labor costs, resulting in a sudden shrinkage of the industry scale. In the face of the continuous aging of the agricultural population, the gradual reduction of manpower for asparagus cultivation, and the difficulty of recruiting short-term labor in the field, it is more important to develop the facility asparagus machine to cut off the aged female stems to save manpower. The development of labor-saving machine for crushing aged stems after cutting is one of the key technologies to solve the bottleneck of asparagus farmers' field work every season. This study develops a novel automated labor-saving machine that can straddle directly above and walk along the asparagus bed. First, use the electric shears at the front of automatic machine to remove the asparagus stem and pseudo-leaf. Furthermore, the cut female stems and pseudo-leaves are brought into the crushing mechanism through the conveyor belt for crushing operation, and the crushed residual branches are discharged into the asparagus field ditch. The move system of the entire motorized cutting labor-saving tool is driven by electricity, which is environmentally friendly and has no oil fume. The simple operation panel adopts the electronic control system, which is safe, durable and safe. It maintains the existing travel control mode. When working in the asparagus field, it is not necessary to press the travel button frequently to reduce fatigue. | en_US |
