關鍵字: | 發電系統;彈跳簧片;雙穩態;無線發射接收模組;壓電致動器;snapping spring sheet;piezoelectrical actuator;electricity generation system;bistable;radio frequency transceiver | 公開日期: | 2004 | 摘要: | 本論文之目的在於探討雙穏態彈跳簧片之位能與動能轉換機制,並將其能量轉換機制與壓電元件整合,設計開發出壓電致動系統和發電系統。首先以理論與有限元素分析方法研究雙穩態彈跳簧片之作用力與變形量關係,找出相關設計影響參數與操作參數,並以實驗測試進行驗証。整合壓電元件大出力與小變形的特性以及雙穩態彈跳簧片怏速與大變形的特性,設計開發出能產生大變形量的壓電致動系統。在發電系統方面,則分別進行線圈式感應發電系統與壓電發電系統之發電測試,並實際與市購無線發射接收模組整合進行發電測試。 The aim of the thesis is to study the potential and kinetic energy transformation mechanism of bistable snapping spring sheet, and to design a piezoelectrical actuator system and an electricity generation system by combining the energy transformation mechanism with piezoelectrical elements. The first step is to analyze the relationship between the applied force and the deformation of the bistable snapping spring sheet by theories and the finite element method, and to find out influence parameters of design and operation. Then, experiments will be accomplished to verify the analysis result. By means of combining characteristic large force and small deformation of piezoelectrical element with the characteristic high-speed and large deformation of bistable snapping spring sheet, a piezoelectrical actuator system can be developed to produce a large deformation. In respect of electricity generation system, an inductance coil type electricity generation system and a piezoelectrical electricity generation system will be tested separately. Finally, the electricity generation system will be combined with a commercial radio frequency transceiver to test the actual effects of generating electricity. |
