dc.description.abstract | 本研究擬將旋轉式全熱交換器(再生式)進行改良,以週期式運轉來取代轉輪旋轉,並對不同週期下測其性能表現。並以數學模式分析運轉週期對性能的影響。
週期式運轉的實驗部分,利用古典單區系統的原理,以加熱盤管與冷卻盤管來模擬室內外空氣狀態,對鋁混矽膠轉輪進行運轉週期為2、3、4、5及8分鐘的實驗,實驗結果以3分鐘的有效度為最佳,顯熱、潛熱及全熱有效度分別為80%、52%及68%。
理論部分,為了簡化數學模型,推導的過程中假設流體及轉輪為堆化系統(lumped system),並以1-D的形式分析週期對性能的影響,結果以 為影響系統最重要的無因次化參數,而有效度隨著K2*=2τKy/ρa增加而下降。 | zh-TW |
dc.description.abstract | The object of this research is to improve the performance of the rotary-type total heat exchanger. This research apply the periodic flow to the fixed wheel instead of rotate it. The relationship between period and effectiveness is obtained from (1) Experiment (2) Mathematical solution.
In the experiment, according to the theory of the classic single-zone system, heating coils and cooling coils is used to simulate the state of the outdoor-air and indoor-air. Heat and moisture storage materials are aluminum and silica gel. The operation period is 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 4 minutes, 6 minutes and 8 minutes. The result of the experiment shows that the sensible heat effectiveness, latent heat effectiveness and total heat effectiveness reach maximum while the operation period is 3 minutes, which are 80%, 52% and 68% respectively.
In theoretical part, in order to simplify the math model, lumped system assumption is applying to the whole system, and solve it in 1-D. The dominate dimensionless parameter is K2*=2τKy/ρa, and effectiveness decreases when increases. | en |
