Founding International College is an integral part of its efforts that celebrates Taiwanese characteristics and academic strengths. As such, the International College aims to establish English-taught international degree programs that integrate education resources and intellectual energy across Colleges and disciplines. These issue-oriented programs value both global and local demands and other unmet needs.
