Keywords: | 太陽能電池;奈米粒子;光吸收;奈米球微影術;週期性結構;六角緊密排列;solar cells;nanoparticles;optical absorption;nanosphere lithography;periodic distribution;hexagonal closed-packed | Issue Date: | 2009 | Abstract: | 發展薄膜太陽能電池是下一個世代的關鍵技術。我們利用金屬以及介電質奈米粒子來增加光吸收效率,將奈米粒子排列成週期性結構放置在單晶矽太陽電池上,透過太陽電池效率公式來計算理想狀況下的電池輸出效率,我們模擬不同參數,並藉由計算光電轉換效率來判斷性能。外在實際狀況中,奈米粒子會透過自我組織機制形成如同蜂窩的形狀。在參考了奈米球微影術的製程,我們亦模擬主要三個步驟的各種分析包含電磁場變化、光吸收效率改變以及輸出電壓電流圖,可做為之後實際製造奈米結構時的參考。期許日後我們的設計可以應用在不同材料的太陽電池。 To develop the next generation thin film solar cells, we have investigated metallic and dielectric nanoparticles to improve the optical absorption effciency. Different parameters were studied for nanoparticles of periodic and hexagonal closed-packed distributions upon single crystalline silicon solar cells. We simulated the main routes in nanosphere lithography by analyzing the electromagnetic field intensities, optical absorption effciency and J-V curve. Nanosphere lithography was considered as the fabrication method to improve our design. Our designs in general, suitable for differentinds of solar cells. |
