Description
本計畫將探討肥胖與高雄性賀爾蒙對於卵巢鐵離子代謝，鐵依賴型細胞死亡機制與卵巢功能的關係，並以細胞生物學探討雄性素與鐵離子的協同效應，與探索可能藉由阻斷鐵依賴型細胞死亡機制對因肥胖與雄性素影響之卵巢功能傷害的治療方法。此計畫的成果可對於肥胖導致的婦女異常卵巢功能的機制有更清楚的了解，或可影響未來治療或改善卵巢功能的指引與方法。
