Description
本計畫將進行唐氏症患者的全基因體定序，試著找出造成心內膜墊缺損可能的修飾基因，以釐清此先天異常的致病機轉。全基因體定序已是常規的基因分析方法，我們的研究計畫預期能成功發現我們病患族群可能的致病機轉，以其嘗試治療的開發與預防的機制。
