Description
台灣患者之慢性鼻竇炎免疫分型50%為非第二型免疫反應，呼吸道非第二型慢性鼻竇炎與支氣管擴張之免疫致病機轉仍不明，且臨床上使用巨環類抗生素治療非第二型慢性呼吸道疾病之免疫調節作用機轉尚未確立。本研究將收集支氣管擴張與慢性鼻竇炎患者之呼吸道組織進行單細胞轉錄組定序(single cell RNA sequencing)與呼吸道黏膜免疫研究，旨在探究呼吸道表皮細胞與局部免疫細胞之功能與相互作用，並追蹤患者之巨環類抗生素治療後表皮與免疫細胞的轉錄組表現，並於呼吸上皮細胞培養實驗進行功能性驗證，研究成果有助於提供呼吸道疾病患者更好的醫療照護。
