本計畫將是文獻中率先探討氮型醣基化對口腔癌腫瘤微環境影響的研究，通過破譯MGAT5調控醣基化對腫瘤微環境(尤其T細胞)的影響以及合成針對MGAT5的治療性單株抗體，吾人將可開發用於口腔癌治療的新穎模式及預測療效的生物標的。
