本計畫將探討兒童阻塞性睡眠呼吸中止症與內耳耳蝸及前庭之聽覺與平衡系統功能的相關聯性，並進一步追蹤經手術治療睡眠呼吸中止症之後，相關的內耳耳蝸及前庭病理生理變化及機轉。以尋求早期偵測兒童睡眠呼吸中止症的高風險族群，也藉此預測手術治療後的效益與成果。
