此計畫將探討非監督式學習的方法是否能夠生成高品質的電腦斷層灌注參數影像，進而改善腦中風診斷並提升核心區域和缺血半影區域的區分。此研究計畫也將應用非監督式學習的方法於提升低劑量的電腦斷層灌注影像品質，其目的是降低病人因電腦斷層灌注掃描所受輻射劑量。使用非監督式學習的方法可避免需要大量影像資料和基準真相 (Ground truth)，並針對每一筆資料進行最佳化 。
