Description
胸腔腫瘤是包括肺癌、食道癌和胸腺腫瘤，占台灣每年全癌診斷數的15%，並且均是亞州特有的癌症。根治性放射治療在胸腔腫瘤具有關鍵角色。本研究計畫的主要目標是研究腫瘤微環境相關基因表現之交互作用，探討腫瘤微環境對於腫瘤之組織暨分子病理以及治療反應之影響。本研究計畫將提出新的科學問題和探索方向，旨在揭示在胸腔腫瘤的腫瘤微環境中的輻射敏感性、免疫活化和神經元-癌細胞相互作用的複雜相互作用。我們預期研究結果將不僅促進我們對胸腔腫瘤癌症生物學的基本理解，還將直接影響病患的治療決策，以迎接個人化放射治療的新時代。
