Description
我們預期這個研究計畫可以利用晚期肝細胞癌病患接受免疫治療前跟後的配對檢體，經過詳細的核糖核酸定序，全外顯子定序, 多重免疫組織化學染色等方式找出晚期肝癌接受免疫治療後產生抗藥性的關鍵抗藥機制，並能進一步透過動物實驗找出可以克服抗藥機制的藥物。我們相信這結果能進一步幫助發展新的免疫治療組合，並使肝癌的治療成績能更上一層樓。
