Description
本研究旨在發展臨床研究護理師(以下簡稱CRN) 之進階能力分級與EPAs專業進階制度的學習藍圖,進而建置「自我引導學習」之線上數位教材。研究所得的實證成果將能應用於國內碩士級CRN教育課程,提供學校教師依CRN不同學習型態提供適性的教育方式與教材;「自我引導學習」能激發職場CRN「終身學習」的動機,透過能力分級亦有助於提升CRN 善用整合數位互動平台的效能,串連學校端與醫院端的大數據檔案,促進學用轉銜以及評值工作績效,以及AI功能之應用與發展。CRN可循序漸進學習,培育不同層級的研發能力,以發揮CRN於臨床實務工作的最大成效,將培育投入研發新藥與新醫療器材的研發人才。
