本研究以社區中聽力損傷老人及其主要溝通夥伴配對為核心介入單位，發展並比較由護理師主導之面對面聽力介入與以「兩人E起」為載具之聽力行動健康介入之成效。研究採兩階段設計：第一階段建構並驗證行動健康介入載具之可行性；第二階段以三組平行、優效性隨機對照試驗，評估兩種介入相較於等候控制組在改善溝通功能、溝通負荷及心理社會結果之成效。研究成果可建立具臨床可行性與社區適用性之整合性聽力介入模式，作為社區聽力照護發展之實證基礎。
