標題: | 機械鬆弛定量分析模式建立:有機-無機混成及高交連程度系統 | 作者: | 廖文彬 | 關鍵字: | 聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯;聚丙烯酸丁酯;乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯;交連程度;動態機械鬆弛;HN 方程式;PMMA;PBA;EGDMA;Cross-Link;Relaxation;Dynamic Mechanical Analysis;H-N Equation | 公開日期: | 2003 | 出版社: | 臺北市:國立臺灣大學材料科學與工程學研究所 | 摘要: | 本論文主要是利用DMA 測量交連性高分子共聚合物(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-聚丙烯酸丁酯)之動態機械儲存模數與損耗模數,再以量化方式分析交連程度對高分子運動行為的影響。利用添加不同交連劑量控制共聚合物系統交連程度,並以膨潤比例法測得共聚合物系統內交連程度。再利用DMA 測試,發現Tg 隨著交連度增加而上升,在定頻環境下,損失正切峰也會逐漸往高溫部分移動,鬆弛強度亦逐漸減弱。根據HN 方程式及Schönhals 和 Schlosser 提出的模型進行分析,方程式參數α隨交連度增加而減少,說明大規模分子間運動已受到影響。而αβ值則沒有明顯的變化,可能交連度的程度尚未達到影響小規模的運動。分子運動鬆弛時間則大致隨著交連程度的增加而上升。 The influence of cross-linking on the molecular relaxation near its glass transition temperature of the copolymer (PMMA-PBA) was studied. The degree of cross-linking of samples was controlled by the amount of cross-linker added and was assessed by swelling ratio method. Mechanical relaxation spectra were measured by DMA, and the results were analyzed using the empirical HN equation. The fitting parameters obtained from the data fitting were used to interpret the relation between molecular motions and structure of polymers based on the model proposed by Schönhals and Schlosser. The values of α decreased with increasing cross-linker amount, which meant intermolecular interactions were affected by cross-linking. However, the values of αβ were not significantly changed, which meant intranmolecular interactions were not affected by cross-linking. Besides, the relaxation time in general also rose with the increment of the level of cross-linking. |
