dc.description.abstract | 依據1998年「全國國土及水資源會議」之結論與建議所訂定節約用水行動方案中,在節約用水方面,應提高有效水量百分比及廢水回收利用率,即未來工廠用水回收率之規定勢將落實執行。有鑑於此,若將污水處理廠之放流水經高級處理程序處理至可提供工業用水使用的回收水質標準,再藉由二元供水系統分配至不同之使用點,可作為區內工業用水之專用水源,以逐步達到民國一百年時工業用水總回收率65 % 以上之總目標。股工業區轉型,產業結構變遷,其中生活污水佔總廢污水量 85 %以上,廢污水性質單純,似乎不應只經處理後逕行排放,達到減低對環境污染的單一訴求而已,故進而思考將其回收再利用。而雨水是寶貴的水資源,如何充分且科學的利用降雨資源,將其貯留回收再利用是非常重要的議題。故以物質流分析調查五股工業區內水資源的流轉概況,進一步以盒鬚圖統計方法檢視及探討其廢污水及雨水的水質穩定度,以供工業區內產業再行使用或提供鄰近地區不同用途之水源應用。研究結果,五股工業區污水處理廠放流水的各項檢測值均符合排放標準,假若將其予以高級處理消毒後完全回收循環使用,在不含初設成本的狀況下每年可減少自來水用水量1,849,350 m3,即每年可節省新臺幣30,329,340~35,692,455元的自來水費,亦表示每年可減少388,363.5 kg因使用自來水而產生的CO2排放量。股工業區污水處理廠設計處理水量為12,500CMD,目前實際處理水量約5,000CMD,其餘裕量可接納新莊副都心預估有6,987 CMD之生活污水,合併處理後除可提供五股工業區內之廠商循環使用,其餘可全量供給中港大排做為流動水源,並改造其河廊周邊環境。 | zh-TW |
dc.description.abstract | According to the conclusion and suggestions of economize water usages action plan which made by ”The National Land and Water Resource Conference” in 1998, the industrial water reuse ratio regulations will be enforced in the near future, in order to enhance the percentage of utilizing water effectively and increase wastewater reuse ratio. Therefore, using the advance wastewater treatment to treat the effluent from conventional wastewater treatment plant which can provide qualified effluent to meet the industrial wastewater reuse standards. Then, by dual water supply system distribute retreat-effluent to different water supply points. We can gradually reach 65% of industrial water’s reuse ratio in year of 2011.ue to the transformations of Wugu industrial district, the domestics wastewater content 85 % of total wastewater. In order to reduce the environment-loading, we shall not only treat the wastewater, but also consider the effluent’s recycle. Beside, the rainwater is also a precious resource to retain and recycle, it’s a very important issue. Therefore, “material flow analysis” and “box and whisker plot” will be used to study the stability of Wugu industrial district rainwater and wastewater states, and then provide the recycling water for the Wugu industrial district or the different purpose water source for neighborhood.ccording to research, Wugu industrial district wastewater treatment’s effluent can meet all the quality standards. Therefore, by using the advanced wastewater treatment and recycling the effluent will reduce the water consumption 1,849,350 m3 per year. Which mean it can saves the tapwater fee about 30,329,340~35,692,455 NT dollars (without the initial installation cost) and reduces 388,363.5 kgs of CO2 per year.he designed flow rate of Wugu industrial district wastewater treatment was 12,500 CMD. However, the actual operating flow rate is 5,000 CMD, which mean the margin of the capacity can deal with the wastewater from Shinjuang Sub-Center about 6,987 CMD.
