The studies were divided into two parts: (1) Two additives including Na2CO3 and K2CO3 into tested ash, to evaluate the influence on the pouring temperatures. (2) Changing melting operating time and temperature to obtain a reasonable combination of melting operating time with temperature through the basic physical characteristics evaluation of water-cooled slag. Test results showed that the pouring temperature could be further reduced when a certain amount of few Na2CO3 and K2CO3 was added into tested ash. Besides, rising melting operating temperature is good for physical characteristics of slag. |
