dc.description.abstract | 近年來科學工程技術發展的趨勢,主要是
在強調系統的微小化以及探討一些微觀尺
度下的物理現象。在微小尺度下,傳統力
學已經不在適用。因此,除了繼續設計研
發新的元件之外,研究微小尺度之物理行
為是一個相當重要的部分。分子動力學(MD)
在模擬微小尺度下的現象,是一個相當有
效力的工具,他可以幫助瞭解物理變化的
過程。本期計畫的目的是在MD 中引入非線
性高斯迭代法(INGA)以生成許多彼此獨立
之平衡態的分子系統,並計算物理量如內

dc.description.abstract | Recently, the development in science
and technology have emphasized on
miniaturization of systems and study of
micro-scale phenomena. The classical
mechanics is useless in micro-scale.
Therefore, the study of micro-scale
physical phenomena is the important
part except designing and creating new
device. Simulation based upon molecular
dynamics is a powerful tool in
micro-scale phenomena and it can help us
to understand physical processes. The
proposal aims of the study is to
introduce an iterative nonlinear
Gaussianization algorithm (INGA) for
generating independent replicas of
molecular systems in equilibrium
compute physical quantities, such as
potential energy, pressure and specific
