dc.contributor | 本研究完成非侵入式動脈血管阻抗量
測技術。由於血管阻抗描述血壓與血流
脈波頻譜的動態比值關係,代表該位置下
游血管負載。我們利用臨床超音波系統都
卜勒血流頻譜,結合觸診壓力計,取得阻
抗特性,可以協助血管相關疾病診斷。由
於胸腹腔大動脈血管近乎彈性,血壓難以
在體外量測,我們可由血管管壁之脈動近
似估算血壓脈波。週邊血管血壓因受到
黏彈特性的影響,無法以管壁之脈動代
替。本系統經過假體及動物實驗的校正,
效果良好。並以腹腔動脈、頸動脈及週
邊血管阻抗為例,結果顯示單側阻塞性腦
中風病人正常邊阻抗變化不大,阻塞邊之
阻抗明顯增加。而單側出血性之中風病人
兩邊低頻阻抗皆比正常人高。高血壓病患
之動脈阻抗,在靠近心臟之大血管與周邊
血管都比一般人高,其趨勢也一致。 | zh_TW |
