標題: | 葉酸對產蛋雞卵巢濾泡生長,類固醇生成,產蛋性能和蛋品質之影響(1/2) | 作者: | 吳兩新 | 關鍵字: | 活性葉酸;卵巢濾泡;孕酮;Folate;ovarian follicle;progesterone | 公開日期: | 2003 | 出版社: | 臺北市:國立臺灣大學動物科學技術學系暨研究所 | 摘要: | 本研究計劃分二年進行,其目的在探討活性葉酸:(1)對蛋雞濾泡細胞生長及性類固醇合成之影響;(2)對產蛋雞之產蛋性能及蛋品質之影響。第一年利用產蛋週期中之蛋雞,取其卵巢濾泡細胞進行體外培養,檢測大濾泡(F1)之粒性細胞,添加不同濃度葉酸及激性腺素(oLH、c-AMP),對其性類固醇生合成之影響。初步結果顯示Na2FA 與CaFA 形式葉酸對雞隻卵巢濾泡粒性細胞之孕酮(P4)分泌之影響並不顯著。而在合併0.1 ug/ml oLH 處理時,僅CaFA的濃度在0.1~1 ug/ml 時對於LH 刺激的P4 分泌具有抑制作用;Na2FA 並沒有明顯作用。在合併處理100 uM cAMP 者, CaFA 對於cAMP 所誘發的P4 分泌隨著CaFA的濃度上升而受到抑制;而Na2FA 對於cAMP 誘發的P4 分泌亦沒有影響。此種差異有待進一步研究。 The objectives of this two-year studies is to investigate the effects of active folate on:(1)ovarian steroidogenesis of ovarian follicular cell.(2)egg productive performance and egg quality of laying hen. The first year, the ovarian follicles of laying hen are cultured in vitro. Granulosa cells taken from large ovarian follicular cells(F1)were stimulated by folates and gonadotropin, such as oLH、8-bromo-cAMP to evaluate the ability of progesterone production. The preliminary results showed that two types of folate-Na2FA 與CaFA could not change the progesterone secretion from granulosa cells in vitro. In combine with oLH trial, addition of 0.1~1 ug/ml CaFA could inhibited the progesterone secretion from granulosa cells, but did not observe in Na2FA treatment. In combine with 100 uM cAMP trial, CaFA decreased the progesterone production from granulosa cells with increasing CaFA dosage. This phenomenon did not show in Na2FA treatment. This difference in progesterone production between CaFA and Na2FA treatments is required further study. |
