Abstract
This study mainly investigates the performance of colleges of business and junior colleges of business and the indicators they pay high attention to. The data comes mainly from the questionnaires of the exceptional plans of the ministry of education. Data employed is analyzed by means of the professors who study in colleges. The analysis is focus on the graduates of 15 colleges of business and 19 junior colleges of business.his study investigates the performance of the workplace of graduates and the training of multiple abilities on campus. Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) by Kao(1994)is to analyze efficiency and weight ,and then the Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP is to get colleges of business and junior colleges of business. Comparing their weight by both the methods, we can get the results as following: . On school performance, universities pay more attention to student’s workplace performance, while junior colleges pay more attention to student’s multiple abilities on campus.. On student’s workplace performance, universities pay more attention on the first salary and the time of seeking for a job than junior colleges. On student’s multiple abilities, universities pay more attention to the training on psychomotor and affective, while junior colleges pay more attention to the training of cognitive.. On cognitive, universities pay attention to oral reports and documented data, while junior colleges pay attention to problem-solving and major fields. On psychomotor, universities pay more attention to both foreign language abilities and application of computer than junior colleges. On affective, universities pay attention to interpersonal relationships, while junior colleges pay more attention to managing and leading abilities.
