葉顯椏2006-07-252018-06-282006-07-252018-06-282000http://ntur.lib.ntu.edu.tw//handle/246246/14739系群結構的分析為資源評估之基礎, 有關判定系群結構之方法有漁獲統計資料 法、形態形質法、標識放流法和遺傳及生 物化學法等。其中遺傳生化法,其優點是 所求得之結果極為穩定,故自1970 年代起 即被廣泛應用於魚類等相關研究(Smith et al., 1990)。在過去的研究得知,認為臺灣海 峽產和東海產之錦鱗蜥魚分屬不同系群。 本研究主要以mtDNA 片段序列的解析為 主,以形態形質法為輔。在形態形質法方 面,選用11 個形態形質來作分析,初步認 為不同採樣點在形態測定上各有所差異, 其中北緯26°至27°為一群集,北緯27°以 北為另一群集及台灣南部為另一群集,在 採樣範圍中大致分為三個群集。在DNA 序 列分析方面, 將利用聚合 連鎖反應 (Polymerase Chain Reaction, PCR)所得到的 特定DNA 片段定出其DNA 序列,期待能 為系群判別提供一有力的分析。The fishing ground of the East China Sea is the historical fishing ground for Taiwanese trawlers, and the fishery resources has been exploited by Taiwan, Mainland China, South Korea and Japan for a long time. For the management of fishery resources in future and ensuring the sustainable use of stocks, it’s an import ant work to studying the population dynamic of the economical species from the East China Sea. Lizard fish(Saurida tumbil) is one of the most abundant catches of Taiwan trawl fisheries. The fish is widely distributed in the East China Sea, and it’s aundance may be infer to the index of the biomass of demersal fish resources of the East China Sea. To understand the characteristic of population dynamic of lizard fish in the East China Sea, firstly, we proceed the stock identification and it’s distribution.
