2009-02-012024-05-15https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/662766摘要:生物時鐘普遍存在於生物體內,與生物的生理、行為息息相關,人體的睡眠機制與生物時鐘的調節有非常緊密的關聯;本課程先就生物時鐘的基本概念談起,繼而簡介睡眠醫學並討論常見的睡眠醫學議題。生物時鐘是在探討生命現象與時間之關聯性,及其調控現象及機制問題。首先從生物時鐘之普遍性及其存在意義談起。接著探討生物時鐘的中心位置及其調控現象及機制問題。不同類緣生物中,則選出微生物、植物和動物為例,就其生物時鐘現象及相關研究分別加以介紹。而睡眠醫學部份,則著重在介紹人類睡眠生理及衛生,並且從睡眠失調的機制與生物時鐘之關聯作深入的探討,最後會強調睡眠醫學與輪班工作者的身心健康的維護。<br> Abstract: Biological clock existing among most organisms is close related to the physiological and behavioral events. In particular, the regulation of biological clock is connected with the sleep mechanism of human beings. This course provides the fundamental concepts of biological clock as well as the main issues on common sleep disorder. Studying on biological clock approaches the relationship between biological phenomena and time. Besides, the mechanisms and regulations of biological clock system in the organisms are examined as well. This course starts to discuss the universal of biological clock and the meaning of presence among most organisms. Then it moves to the regulatory mechanism of biological clock and localization of clocks in different organisms such as microorganisms, plants and animals. We also introduce the circadian clock which regulates physiological and behavioral events in a day using some vivid examples. As the later half part of the course, it would be focused on the sleep physiology and hygiene of human. Sleep mechanism is controlled by circadian clock. Some sleep disorders are caused by the problem of circadian clock system.
