2009-02-272024-05-14https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/655662摘要:結球白菜`亞蔬1號`與`瑞農720`於播種後40天以20℃與40℃分別給予淹水1、2天與不淹水處理,分析高溫淹水前後之差異性蛋白質。農友`玉豐`、47號、`桃園亞蔬2號`於7月以穴盤播種,20天後移植至田間,裂裂區設計,主區為始包期給予淹水48小時與不淹水處理,副區為添加氯化鈣15、30 kg/ha與不添加氯化鈣,副副區為品種,調查生長情形、Fv/Fm值與產量。亞蔬-世界蔬菜中心提供種原,其20天苗於高溫40℃淹水2天,選出逆境下Fv/Fm值較高且穩定之種原,調查其夏作產量。<br> Abstract: Forty-days seedlings of Chinese cabbage `ASVEG 1` and `Ruey Long 720` will be flooded for 1 and 2 days at 20℃ and 40℃ to analyze the differential proteins. `Yu-Feng`, `No. 47` and `TYASV 2` will be pre-applied 15 and 30 kg/ha calcium chloride to evaluate their effects on the yield after high and flooding stresses in a split-split plot design experiment.
