2008-01-012024-05-13https://scholars.lib.ntu.edu.tw/handle/123456789/654523摘要:本研究旨在檢測以具有加熱功能之橫臥式混合機,將孵化場視為廢棄物的無精蛋、中止蛋與死產蛋,轉變成動物性飼料原料之適當加工條件。試驗為3x3x2複因子設計,將以三個加熱溫度(60、75、90℃)、三個水之添加比例(10、20、30%)與兩個加熱時間(3、6小時),對廢棄蛋進行加熱攪拌處理,待蛋白質變性凝固、水分蒸散、原料蛋成粉末狀後,再進行進一步的粉碎與烘乾,然後採取樣品,檢測其粗蛋白質、灰分、乾基與脂質之百分比,並進行胃蛋白酶消化試驗與生菌數檢測。本研究預期能解決我國每年約八千萬粒孵化場之廢棄蛋,廢物利用,將其製造為安全衛生、含有高蛋白質、高脂與豐富鈣的價廉動物性飼料原料。<br> Abstract: The aim of this study is to establish propor processing conditions for producing poultry hatchery by-product from hatchery waste eggs by a heated horizontal mixer. The water and waste eggs will be mixed until egg protein coagulation and water evaporation according to a 3x3x2 factorial design including 3 temperatures (60, 75, 90℃), 3 water to egg ratioes (10, 20, 30%) and 2 periods (3, 6 hr). Then the preliminary product will be smashed and dried for analyses including the percentage of crude protein, ash, lipid and dry matter. Pepsin digestibility and flora colonies will be measured as well.
